Questions

Is Tasks really free?

Yes. No limit on boards, cards or people, and no paid plan.

Do people need an account?

No. Anyone with the board link can open and edit it, so share it only with the people you work with. Your private admin link can rename, archive or delete the board and remove people's devices.

Can I bring my Trello boards?

Yes. Export a board from Trello as JSON and import it. Lists, cards, labels, checklists, due dates, members and comments come along.

Does it work offline?

No. Tasks installs to your home screen, but boards need a connection.
