Free Linktree alternatives with no fees on your sales

Linktree keeps 0% seller fees for its Pro plan and up. Here are free link-in-bio pages, each free plan checked on the vendor's own site, and what Bio does differently.

Linktree's pricing page calls its free plan "Free with restrictions", and lists "Sell and earn with 0% fees" as a Pro feature, so the plans below Pro pay a fee on sales. Its paid plans run from $6 to $30 a month billed yearly, or $8 to $35 month to month. If what you need is a page of links, Bio is free, with no ads, no paid tier and no cut. Bio does not sell anything itself: your links go to wherever you already sell, and Bio takes nothing on the way.

What a link-in-bio page needs

Most people need four things:

  • One short address to paste into an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube profile.
  • Your links, in the order you choose, and easy to change.
  • Social icons that point to your other accounts.
  • A count of clicks, so you know which links people tap.

Selling products, collecting emails and booking calls from the page are extras. Some people need them. Many do not.

The options

Bio

Bio is ours. It is free, with no limit on pages or links.

  • Your own page at a short handle, like /yourname.
  • A photo, your name, a line about you, your links and your social icons.
  • A few clean looks to pick from, all free.
  • Click counts for every link, and page views.
  • Change everything any time from your private edit link. No account.
  • No ads, no badge you cannot turn off, and no cut of your sales.
  • A public API, so an AI assistant can set up or update the page for you.

Where it falls short: Bio is links only. It does not sell products, take payments or collect emails. If those happen on your page, the tools below do more.

Linktree

Linktree is the best known, and it does a lot: selling, email sign-ups, integrations, and deeper analytics on paid plans. Removing the Linktree branding and selling with 0% fees both start at Pro, $12 a month billed yearly or $15 month to month. The pricing page does not say what fee the lower plans pay on sales.

Beacons

Beacons is built for creators who sell from their page. Its free plan takes 9% seller fees; Creator Plus, $30 a month or $25 billed yearly, takes 0%. If selling is the point, it is worth a look.

Carrd

Carrd makes simple one-page websites. A free account publishes up to three sites with "Made with Carrd" on them, and Pro starts at $19 a year. A good pick if you want something closer to a small website than a list of links.

LittleLink

LittleLink is an open source link-in-bio page that you host yourself. It is free and fully yours, if you are comfortable putting a web page online.

A page on your own site

If you already have a website, a simple links page on it costs nothing extra and keeps visitors on your domain.

How to set up a Bio page

  1. Open Bio and claim your handle. It is yours right away, with no account.
  2. Add a photo, your name and a line about you.
  3. Add your links, then your social accounts.
  4. Pick a look. The preview shows exactly what people will see.
  5. Copy your page address and paste it into the website field of your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube profile.
  6. Save your private edit link somewhere safe. It is how you change your page later, and anyone with it can edit the page.

When you change your links, the page address stays the same, so the link in your profile keeps working.

About the click counts

Bio counts how many times your page was viewed and how many times each link was clicked. It does not track visitors or keep anything about them. You learn which links work without your followers being followed around.

Why Bio can be free

A page view is one tiny read from a database, and OpenApps pays for it. There is no paid tier, so there is no reason to hold back themes or click counts for paying users. More in why these apps are free.

If you also need short links or QR codes for a flyer or a post, Links does that, free. See Bitly's free plan and the alternatives.

Questions

Is there a free Linktree alternative with no fees?

Yes. OpenApps Bio is free with no ads, no paid tier and no cut of your sales. You get a page at your own handle with your photo, links and social icons, plus click counts for every link.

Does Bio take a cut of my sales?

No. OpenApps Bio does not process sales at all. Your links point to wherever you already sell, and Bio takes nothing. Whatever shop or payment service you link to keeps its own fees.

Do I need an account to make a Bio page?

No. When you claim your handle, OpenApps Bio gives you a private edit link that works on any device. Anyone with it can change your page, so keep it to yourself.

Can I see how many people click my links?

Yes. OpenApps Bio shows how many times your page was viewed and how many times each link was clicked. It only counts, and keeps nothing about your visitors.

Can I remove the Bio branding from my page?

Yes. OpenApps Bio adds one small line at the bottom of your page, and you can turn it off. Every look is free for everyone.
